Doug Watt is a construction executive with forty years of extensive construction expertise in South Florida and is Owner and President of Watt Inc. Prior to incorporating Watt Inc., he served as Vice President of Construction for a vertically integrated, full service real estate development firm. Doug led the construction division through explosive growth from $10M to more than $350M in annual volume over 25+ year career. Watt Inc. is a firm established in 2012 that provides Owner Representation services, executive leadership, and overall project management for real estate investors, owners, and developers. The firm’s geographic footprint includes representing clients as their trusted advisor primarily on projects in South Florida, but also represents clients in other markets including Mississippi, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
