Watt Inc. was hired by the investor/property owner and originators of the development deal to act as investor’s representative and a second set of eyes advising the client on design, development, and construction.

Project Description

This project entails the creation of a 25-story, 40-unit ultra-luxury condominium development situated on Flagler Drive, providing a picturesque view of the Intracoastal Waterway.
