Owner representation from design concept through construction completion. Development of an entire new campus encompassing multiple city blocks for Rybovich, the premier service provider for the superyacht industry in Palm Beach County. Project entails relocating boatyard services from West Palm Beach to Riviera Beach, and includes vacating roadways/easements, demolition, hardening of boatyard surface, and several buildings such as office, parking garage, multi-story buildings for in-house service personnel, specialty contractors, maintenance, storage, and amenity buildings.
Safe Harbor, North Palm Beach, FL
Phase I was redevelopment of existing marina and dockmaster office, including addition of a permanent food truck, restrooms, and outside dining. Project also included extensive seawall repair.
Phase II includes replacement of inner marina seawalls and possible demolition and construction of a new Dockmaster Office with restaurant.
Safe Harbor Port Royal, SC
Master planning, re-development, and construction of an abandoned port to convert into a working boatyard and marina, including new drystack racks, tree preservation, sense of arrival, guard house, infrastructure and parking lots.
Safe Harbor Lauderdale Marine Center North, Fort Lauderdale, FL
Master planning, re-development, and construction of an abandoned boatyard into a mega-yacht marina with dockmaster office and storage building at the gateway to Marina Mile in Ft. Lauderdale. This project included dredging, hauling and disposal of 30,000+ cubic yards of material from the New River, 1,200 lineal feet of new seawall, and 4,000 lineal feet of new floating concrete docks.

Design, development, and construction of re-configured waterside layout, including new floating docks, seawall improvements, new utilities, and upland master planning for potential upland site reconfiguration.
