Julio is a Project Manager with over 8 years’ experience managing projects across ground-up construction, commercial buildouts, and full project life cycles. He has successfully delivered high-quality projects, leveraging his expertise in contractor management, financial management, buyouts, and design coordination. Julio is a Project Manager that is working on multiple projects, including Rybovich Boatyard and tenant buildouts in Riviera Beach, and two marinas in New England. He is well versed in navigating municipal approvals and working closely with architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with all requirements. With a strong foundation in both business and construction, Julio brings a project manager owner-mindset to every project, prioritizing strategic decision-making, accountability, and overall project success.
Katherine is the Office Manager and joined Watt, Inc. in 2024. She manages multiple responsibilities, including overseeing office operations, coordinating team schedules and meetings, and handling accounting, payroll, and other essential business functions. Prior to joining Watt, Inc., Katherine worked for an architecture and construction firm in Fort Lauderdale for about 5 years, where she worked on residential new construction and comprehensive renovations in the upscale Victoria Park and Coral Ridge areas.
Joel is an industry veteran with over 26 years of construction management experience with an excellent track record of overseeing complex commercial projects, from preconstruction to closeout, focusing on our marina division. He joined Watt, Inc. in 2025 and is responsible for advising and leading projects for our clients from inception through construction and closeout. Joel’s expertise is both preconstruction and construction operations. He is the Sr. Project Manager leading multiple projects, including a new high profile mega yacht boatyard in West Palm Beach and several marina projects in New England and South Florida. Prior to joining Watt Inc., Joel worked for The WhitingTurner Contracting Company managing a variety of projects including mixed use, hospitality, large retail, high rise multi-family, parking garages, heavy civil, and specialty projects such as pharmaceutical manufacturing and science and technology facilities. Joel has a proven ability to lead projects utilizing his expertise and instincts, focusing on team development, preconstruction, scheduling, logistics, design coordination, quality control, and construction operations.
Mariela is a Project Manager with over 15 years of varied experience working for architects, municipalities, contractors, and developers. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. Mariela joined Watt, Inc. in 2023 and is responsible for leading projects from conceptual design through permitting and construction, including The Spruce multi-family mid-rise project in the Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach, and the Covenant House multi-family Project in Ft. Lauderdale. Prior to joining Watt, Inc., Mariela worked for Arquitectonica Geo, the Town of Miami Lakes, and John Moriarty and Associates Construction, where she worked on the iconic Brickell City Centre, a three-city block $1B project comprised of two office towers, two high rise residential towers, one high-rise hotel and five stories of shopping mall, as well as several South Florida luxury residential high-rise towers. Mariela also worked on the 1M square foot Broward Convention Center and Hotel project for Matthews Southwest.
John is an industry professional with 40+ years’ experience in leading the design and construction management process for hundreds of hotels, resorts, and retail new build and renovation projects across the U.S., Caribbean and South America. He joined Watt, Inc. in 2023 and is responsible for advising and supporting our clients from project inception through construction completion and closeout. John is a Sr. Project Manager that has led and is leading on multiple projects, including Harbor Ridge Yacht and Country Club, Marathon Marina, and Pine Creek Sporting Club, among others. Prior to joining Watt Inc., John worked for Hilton Hotels for over 35-years at all levels, including 11 years as VP of Architecture, Design and Construction. John has a proven ability to lead projects utilizing his expansive international knowledge and instincts, focusing on team leadership, strategic planning, logistics, scheduling, coordination, and construction management.
Jackie is the Office Manager and joined Watt Inc. in 2019. She fulfills multiple roles, including running the office on a daily basis, coordinating calendars and meetings for the team, and handling accounting, payroll, and other business-related functions. Additionally, she is involved in most projects, reviewing insurance requirements and compliance, contractor payment applications, releases of lien processes, and other administrative assistance in collaboration with the Owner’s accounting, insurance, and legal teams.
Sheaffer is a Project Manager with 7 years of experience in commercial construction. He joined Watt, Inc. in 2019 after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Sheaffer is a Project Manager that has led or is leading on North Palm Beach Marina, marinas in Marathon and Islamorada in the Florida Keys, St. Kitts Mega Yacht Marina, Kirksey Commons, a 90ksf urban self-storage project, and Lake and Trail USA Boat Dealership and Gas Station. Sheaffer recently completed Florida’s premier bass boat dealership for Lake and Trail USA which includes a fuel station and convenience store in Okeechobee. Sheaffer also adds value for our clients by shooting and editing drone videos for their projects.
Brett is a Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in industrial, commercial, high rise multi-family and mixed use projects. He joined Watt Inc. in 2022 and is leading projects from conceptual design through site plan approval, permitting and construction. Brett is the Project Manager on multiple projects for an out-of-town spec warehouse developer/investor in Miami and Philadelphia. Prior to joining Watt Inc. Brett worked for Suffolk Construction on the $250M Ritz Carlton Residences, and the $300M Estates at Acqualina projects. Brett has a proven track record leading projects and specializes in construction management, logistics, team leadership, scheduling, and constructability.
Michelle is a professional with over 25 years of construction management experience in commercial, high rise multi-family and mixed-use. She joined Watt, Inc. in 2021 and is responsible for advising and supporting our clients from project inception through construction completion and closeout. Michelle’s expertise is construction operations. She is a Sr. Project Manager that has led and is leading on multiple projects, including a luxury condominium in West Palm Beach, a mid-rise multi-family in West Palm Beach, a marquee marina and boat storage building in Palm Beach Gardens, a state-of-the-art automated car/boat storage and hi-rise hotel in Palm Beach County, automotive dealerships in Miami, and a FBO private terminal and hangar in Ft. Lauderdale. Prior to joining Watt Inc., Michelle worked for Suffolk Construction and W.G. Yates on projects including All Aboard Florida – Parkline Towers for Lincoln Properties and the Jade Signature high rise condominium for Fortune International. Michelle has a proven ability to lead projects utilizing her expansive knowledge and instincts, focusing on team leadership, logistics, scheduling, design build coordination, quality control, operations, and LEED.
Molly is a professional Owner’s Representative with 18-years of construction management experience in commercial and mixed-use. She joined Watt, Inc. in 2020 and is responsible for advising and supporting our clients from project inception through construction completion and closeout. Molly’s expertise is construction operations and is the Sr. Project Manager leading on three DWI projects, one of which is a master planned, multi-year, full service mega yacht marina & boatyard campus project in Palm Beach County for Safe Harbor Marinas, another project that is scheduled to complete Q1, ’23 in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and closing out a mega yacht marina development project in Ft. Lauderdale that was completed in Q2 ‘22. Prior to joining Watt, Inc., Molly worked for CBRE from on the Florida Power & Light account, managing various types of construction projects. She also worked for two General Contractors in the Seattle, WA area managing retail and large mixed-use projects. Molly has a proven ability to lead projects utilizing her expansive knowledge of planning, programming, financials, scheduling, site logistics, design build coordination, quality control, safety, operations, and LEED.
